To set up App Broker for ServiceNow, you need to perform the following steps:

Open the Flexera Software Product & License Center and download the Flexera Software update set file: Flexera Software App Broker Update Set for ServiceNow (Kingston and London).xml |

Step #2: Import and configure update set in ServiceNow |
In ServiceNow, import the update set and then edit some of the default parameters to customize it to your organization. For instructions, see:

Step #3: Create and correctly configure user account in ServiceNow |
In ServiceNow, you need to create a user account with the correct roles assigned. This account is used for integration between Service Now and App Broker. For instructions, see: Creating a ServiceNow Integration User. |

Step #4: Connect App Portal to ServiceNow |
Enter ServiceNow connection information on the Site Management > Settings > ServiceNow Integration view of App Portal. For instructions, see:
