Resolved FlexDeploy Issues

The following FlexDeploy appliance issues were resolved in this release.

ISSUE-495	Ensure any recently applied HTTP proxy settings are used during FlexDeploy migration,
ISSUE-719	Improve page load time for Assets page.
ISSUE-790	Redirect to HTTPS on CentOS appliance if site was previously visited using HTTPS to prevent login cookie issue.
ISSUE-811	Prevent creation of empty App Stacks in certain rare circumstances.
ISSUE-832	Ensure customer-provided column filtering is honored for new Assets export.
ISSUE-837	Delay customer-initiated appliance shutdown if automatic upgrade is in progress.
ISSUE-887	Automatically purge already-aggregated raw performance data to reduce cumulative disk space usage and decrease aggregation times.
ISSUE-889	Fix Legacy Assets export never completing on newer Debian-based appliances.
