Resolved CloudScape Portal and FlexDeploy Issues

The following CloudScape Portal and FlexDeploy issues were resolved in this release.

Issue	Description
ISSUE-1288	Ensure new view name is consistently shown immediately after rename operation on Cloud Cost Views
ISSUE-1289	• Use consistent capitalization on Cloud Cost Views recalculate modal • When attempting to recalculate an old view for a provider that no longer exists, give an error message rather than silently deleting the view
ISSUE-2461	For instance types with rounded costs of less than a dollar on Cloud Cost Views, show '< $1' rather than '< $0'
