Resolved Portal Issues

The following Portal issues were resolved in this release.

Issue	Description
ISSUE-4374	Add workaround for browser cookie security restriction that led to users getting stuck when clicking MFA confirmation links during registration
ISSUE-5269	Prevent redirect loop between Appliance Status and Modules pages if a subscription's modules expired before the subscription itself
ISSUE-5313	Allow displaying more than 100 Cloud Cost Views
ISSUE-5327	Fix JavaScript click handlers causing many duplicate requests to be sent on Update Locations page
