Register (https://rebrand.ly/welcome-to-flexera) for a Welcome to Flexera session. These sessions are hosted by our Customer Success team. You’ll get a high level overview of Flexera and its product and support resources.
Visit our Customer Community (https://community.flexera.com/t5/Software-Vulnerability-Manager/ct-p/Software-Vulnerability-Manager). We extend case management privileges to two individuals per organization. Anticipate an email from our Community containing your user credentials. Your organization’s administrative contact (many times an individual in procurement or finance) has the ability to assign case management privileges.
