How You Changed the Password Used to Install Normalize CM
If NCM was installed using Windows Authentication, or SQL authentication, perform the following steps.
To change the password used to install Normalize CM:

Launch Normalize Configuration Wizard. |

On License Key Page, click Next. |
| |
4.
|
Select Redefine BDNA Data Platform Settings option, |
| |

|
Select Use an Existing Normalize schema. Click Next. |

6.
|
In the Database Server Information dialog, update the password. Click Next. |
| |
7.
|
Select Configure NCM immediately. Click Next. |
| |
8.
|
In the ConfigMgr Server Information dialog, update the password. Click Next. |
| |
9.
|
In the ConfigMgr Database Settings dialog, update the password. Click Next |
| |
10.
|
In Normalize CM Server configuration dialog, do not change anything. Click Next. |

11.
|
In the Normalize Service Initialization dialog click Execute. |
