Downloading Account Details

Important: To download account details, you must have the Manage organization role or Administer organization role. For complete descriptions of each role available in Flexera One, see Flexera One Roles.

You can download the details of a Flexera One account in CSV format.

To download the account details

Go to the Account Management page (Administration > Identity Management > Account Management).

The Account Management page contains the following columns providing details about the account.

Column	Description
Account Name	The name of the Flexera One Account.
Created Date	The date that this account was created in Flexera One.
Updated Date	The date the account details were last updated.
Description	The description of the Flexera One account.

On the upper-right corner of the Account Management page, click the Export icon.

The associated CSV file downloads to your Downloads folder.
