Connecting Databricks in Flexera One

Note:Consider the following:

This feature is available as an early-access capability for Databricks on AWS. Customers receive access automatically and do not need to contact Flexera Support to enable it. We’re actively working to improve this capability, and your feedback is welcome.
The Databricks bill connect is only available for Databricks on AWS. Support for other cloud vendors will be added in future releases.

Flexera One ingests billing and compute data from Databricks so you can allocate costs, identify waste, and analyze your Databricks spend in detail.

To connect Databricks in Flexera One:

1. Go to the Billing Configuration page (Administration > Cloud Settings > Billing Configuration).
2. Click Add a Cloud Bill. The Connect Cloud - Choose your cloud dialog box opens.
3. Select Databricks and click Continue. The Connect Cloud - Databricks dialog box opens.
4. Enter the following required information:
Account ID—The Databricks account ID.
Workspace URL—The URL of the entry-point workspace.
Warehouse ID—The ID of the SQL warehouse in the entry-point workspace.
Client ID—The OAuth client ID of the Databricks service principal created in the Databricks account console.
Client Secret—The OAuth client secret for that same service principal.
5. Click Connect.
