Prerequisites
Note:Consider the following:
| • | This feature is available as an early-access capability for Databricks on AWS. Customers receive access automatically and do not need to contact Flexera Support to enable it. We’re actively working to improve this capability, and your feedback is welcome. |
| • | The Databricks bill connect is only available for Databricks on AWS. Support for other cloud vendors will be added in future releases. |
The following prerequisites are required before you create a Databricks bill connect:
| • | You must have Admin access to the Databricks account console. |
| • | The Databricks workspaces that are in scope for ingestion must: |
| • | Have the billing, compute, and lakeflow system schemas enabled (through a Unity Catalog metastore attached to those workspaces) |
| • | Contain at least one SQL warehouse tagged: created_for: flexera |
| • | You must enable the access system schema for the entry-point workspace that you use to create the Databricks bill connect. |
