Gathering Oracle Metadata

To automate the process of retrieving Oracle cost reports from Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and uploading them into your Oracle CBI endpoint via the Policy Engine, you need the following information from the OCI Console and Flexera:

CBI Endpoint—This value is a combination of the cbi_integration_id and cbi_bill_identifier you specified when you created the Oracle CBI endpoint. For example, cbi-oi-oracle-oraclecloud.

Region—The OCI region where your cost reports are generated. In the OCI Console, open the Cost and Usage Reports page. The region appears in the page URL in your browser. For example, us-phoenix-1.

Tenant ID—The Object Storage bucket containing your cost data is associated with your tenancy. You can find your Tenant ID by clicking your user icon in the upper-right corner of the OCI Console and then selecting Tenancy under Profile. Use the OCID value.
