Disabling and Enabling an Agent Configuration

You can disable or enable an agent configuration to control whether inventory gathering is performed for that agent configuration.

Note:If this agent configuration is the highest-priority configuration for a target, all the inventory groups associated with this configuration will be affected by the disabling/enabling action.

To disable or enable an agent configuration

1.

Navigate to the Agent Configurations screen.

2.

Click the three vertical dots menu at the top right of any agent configuration tile and choose one of the following options:

Disable—Stop inventory gathering for the selected agent configuration

•

Enable—Start inventory gathering for the selected agent configuration.
