Using Flexera Assist

Flexera Assist is an AI-powered virtual assistant that helps you get instant and contextual answers by engaging in natural language dialogue. The responses are based on the information retrieved from the Flexera product documentation library and the Flexera Community.

Note:Flexera Assist currently searches product documentation for cloud-based products only. On-premises product documentation is not included.

To use Flexera Assist:

1.

In the upper-right corner of the Flexera One user interface, do the following:

Click the question mark icon.

b.

Select Flexera Assist.

2.

On the Flexera Assist interface, select a suggested FAQ or type your own question to start the conversation.

3.

Review the answers. If needed, follow links to visit the referenced help topics or community posts.

4.

Optionally, you can provide feedback to help Flexera Assist improve future responses.

Click the thumb-up if the response was helpful.

Click the thumb-down icon if the response was not helpful, and optionally provide a comment to explain why.
