Contract Properties / Use Rights & Rules Tab

The Use rights & rules tab enables you to create contract rules that describe how related license entitlements are consumed based on installation, allocation, access, or usage. A contract can increase or restrict the usage rights. This page enables you to configure your contract to define rights to:

Use additional copies of the licensed software (without extra cost).

•

Use the software on virtual machines.

Using the Accordion Control

Notice that the icon on each header changes to indicate whether you have any settings for the rights under this heading, so that you can quickly check where product use rights apply without necessarily opening the accordion.
