Issue: Pending Disabled Functionality

IT Asset Management does not enforce restrictions when the licensed inventory device limit is exceeded, and allows continued management of inventory and assets beyond the licensed threshold, aligning with its SaaS delivery model.

Users can still perform all standard actions, including changing inventory status, even after exceeding the licensed device count.

The Create An Inventory Device button remains functional regardless of licensing limits.

There is no functional impact or system limitation when managing more devices than the license covers.Creation of new computer records, whether manually in IT Asset Management or automatically from imported computer inventories, will be disabled as shown in the alert.
