Loading a Dashboard Template

You can import a previously created dashboard template into your personal IT Asset Management dashboard so it replaces your current IT Asset Management dashboard with widgets from the template. All your existing widgets will be removed, and the widgets specified in the dashboard template will be imported into your IT Asset Management dashboard.

Note:If any changes are made to the dashboard template after you have loaded from the template and you want to get the new changes, you need to load the dashboard template again into your personal IT Asset Management dashboard. Also, if a dashboard template contains a widget for which you do not have the required access right, that widget is not imported into your IT Asset Management dashboard.

To load a dashboard template into your personal IT Asset Management dashboard a dashboard template:

Click Dashboards > IT Asset Management.

Click the Manage Dashboard Templates button.

The Manage Dashboard Templates dialog appears.

From the drop-down list, click Load a template.

From the Template Name drop-down list, select the relevant dashboard template to load and click Load.
