Updating a Dashboard Template
If any updates are required on a dashboard template, you can update a dashboard template by replacing a previously created dashboard template with your current personal IT Asset Management dashboard. Updating a dashboard template requires a role with the access right of Configure FlexNet Manager Platform properties (located under Administration > IT Asset Management Settings > IT Asset Accounts > Roles > Administrator > user account > Configure FlexNet Manager Platform properties).
Note:You can update any dashboard template (except the out of the box FNMS Default Dashboard), even if the dashboard template was not created by you. Also, updating a dashboard template does not affect any users who have used the dashboard template in their own IT Asset Management dashboard. Users need to load the new dashboard template into their IT Asset Management dashboard if they want your latest changes.
To update a dashboard template:

Click Dashboards > IT Asset Management. |

Click the Manage Dashboard Templates button. |
The Manage Dashboard Templates dialog appears.

From the drop-down list, click Save this dashboard as an existing template. |

4.
|
From the Template Name drop-down list, select the relevant dashboard template. |

5.
|
To update in the template name drop-down, click Save. |
