PUR Savings

This figure is the difference between the raw count of installations for device-based licenses, and the Consumed total that has been calculated for this license. The difference is due to the consumption that can be covered by product use rights (PURs) such as upgrade and downgrade rights, right of second use, virtualization provisions, and the like (these settings are available on the Use rights & rules tab of these license properties).
