Purchase Properties

Use the tabs on the right-hand side to switch between pages of different properties. You can Close to return to your previous location (you will be reminded of any unsaved changes); or you can edit values on multiple tabs, and Save the results to the database.

The properties describe a single purchase (a single purchased item), so that you can use its properties to drive details of licensing. In your enterprise, it is likely that you may include several purchased items on a single purchase order. Purchase orders are not recorded separately in the database. All the purchases that were issued on a single purchase order simply have the same purchase order details recorded at the top of their General tab.
