Deleting Data
The method for deleting data from a non-SAP system's users list depends on the type of data you want to delete.

User accounts—Use the Delete button on the IT Asset Management user interface in SAP mode. For details, see the following task instructions.When you delete a user account, all of the account's roles and consumption data are also deleted. |
Note:It is not possible to delete users in the users list by removing them from the import file and reimporting the file.

Role and consumption data—Delete the appropriate data from the import file and reimport the file. |
To delete users from a non-SAP system's users list:

1.

Go to the SAP System Landscapes page. |

2.

On the SAP System Landscapes page, double-click the system landscape that contains the non-SAP system from which you want to delete data. Alternatively, select the desired system landscape and click View. |

On the System Landscape: name page, double-click the non-SAP system from which you want to delete data. Alternatively, select the desired system and click View. |

4.
|
In the users list, select the users who you want to delete. |
