Reconciling for a Selected Publisher

You should choose to reconcile for a selected publisher to verify the impact of changes made to some items that could affect the license position only for that publisher. As the compliance calculations are restricted to a single publisher, the reconciliation job completes quickly.

To reconcile for a selected publisher:

1.

Go to the Reconcile page (Data Collection > Process Data > Reconcile).

2.

Clear the Reconcile all publishers check box.

IT Asset Management displays the Publisher search bar to search and select a publisher.

3.

Type the name of the publisher or simply click Search to display a list of publishers.

4.

Select the desired publisher and click Add publisher. You can select only one publisher from this list.

The name of the selected publisher appears in the Publisher search bar.

5.

Click Reconcile to start the reconciliation process.
