License Position—Digital Access Cost

The Digital Access Cost Summary tab on the license Current Position page provides counts of licensable documents created for each system in the current landscape. When costs have been maintained for each document type, this page provides a total cost (top left of the table) as well as the cost for each system of all documents created there in its current reporting period.

Property

Description

System ID

The three-character identifier of each SAP system.

Import Date

The date and time this data was imported from SAP (or imported by an inventory beacon from an independent SAP system).

Start Date

The start of the reporting period, whether this is the date chosen by the operator in the SAP Admin module when generating the report (for dependent systems), or the start date specified on the inventory beacon (for independent SAP systems). Different dates are possible when data for various systems is imported from multiple sources.

End Date

The end of the reporting period, specified in the same way as the Start Date.

Document Count

The total count of all documents created for each system within this reporting period.

Cost

The total license cost of all documents created on each system during this reporting period.
