To check whether you are using Technology Intelligence Platform or Pre-Technology Intelligence Platform version, go to the Data Export page (IT Visibility > Data Exports). If you see two buttons for exporting—a Create Export button and a Create Export (Beta) button—you are using a Pre-Technology Intelligence Platform version (export version 1 or version 2). If you only see the Create Export button, you are either on the Technology Intelligence Platform version or export version 3. This file contains your hardware inventory.

Column Position	Column Name	Column Values	Column Description
1	Hardware ID		A unique identifier of all hardware devices in the inventory.
2	Domain		The name of the computer network the hardware is a part of.
3	Machine Name		The name of the hardware as assigned by the use.
4	Serial Number		Serial number of the hardware as detected by the discovery tool.
5	Last Logged In User		The record of last user account logged in to the hardware.
6	Created Date		The date/time the Hardware ID was first detected/created in this table.
7	Updated Date		The date/time the Hardware ID was last detected/updated in this table.
8	Recognition Status	[Recognized, Recognized to Product, Recognized to Manufacturer, Unrecognized, Ineligible]	The status indicating whether the evidence is fully recognized, partially recognized, or unrecognized by the normalization process. Unrecognized evidence will go through the coverage enhancement process (a.k.a. “gap-fill”).
9	Technopedia GUID		Technopedia globally unique identifier for the manufacturer across all levels of the catalog hierarchy. In practice, it will be the lowest level of the hierarchy.
10	Technopedia GUID Type	[Manufacturer, Product, Model]	The level of Technopedia titles at which the evidence has been normalized into (manufacturer, product, or model level).
11	Evidence Manufacturer		The manufacturer of the hardware as reported by the evidence.
12	Evidence Name		The display name of the hardware model string as reported by the evidence.
13	HDD Count		The count of hardware disk drive detected in the hardware.
14	HDD Total Space		The sum of total space/capacity of all hardware disk drives in the hardware (in kilobytes).
15	Number of Processors		The count of CPU/processors detected in the device.
16	Total Memory		The sum of total space/capacity of all memory (that is, random access memory) units detected in the hardware (in kilobytes).
17	Display Adapter Count		The count of all display adapters connected to the hardware.
18	Org ID		The ID of the organization or tenant the inventory data belongs to.
