Managing ServiceNow Connection Credentials
IT Visibility supports credential management for your ServiceNow connection.
Note:Currently, only one ServiceNow connection can be set up.
To manage credentials for a ServiceNow connection:

Go to the Connections page (IT Visibility > Connections). You will see the current status of the ServiceNow connection. |

2.

Click the Edit icon. The ServiceNow slideout opens. |
|
3.
|
Input the following connection details: ServieNow Instance URL and ServiceNow Token. |

5.
|
After confirming the details are correctly input, click Test & Save. |
