Managing ServiceNow Connection Credentials

IT Visibility supports credential management for your ServiceNow connection.

Note:Currently, only one ServiceNow connection can be set up.

To manage credentials for a ServiceNow connection:

1. Go to the Connections page (IT Visibility > Connections). You will see the current status of the ServiceNow connection.
2. Click the Edit icon. The ServiceNow slideout opens.
3. Input the following connection details: ServieNow Instance URL and ServiceNow Token.

The ServiceNow Token is the Refresh Token you generated in the Flexera One ServiceNow App.

4. If you used custom OAuth credentials in the Flexera One ServiceNow App, also input the following:
a. Client ID—If you used custom values for the Client ID and Client Secret to create FlexeraOne OAuth and FlexeraOne OAuth Provider, supply the same Client ID value here. If not, leave this field empty.
b. Client Secret—If you used custom values for the Client ID and Client Secret to create FlexeraOne OAuth and FlexeraOne OAuth Provider, supply the same Client Secret value here. If not, leave this field empty.
5. After confirming the details are correctly input, click Test & Save.
