Sharing Dashboards
Note:

With Technology Intelligence Platform, out-of-the-box IT Visibility dashboards are being replaced with new, enhanced IT Visibility Technology Intelligence Platform reports. All new dashboards that you create are private by default. This means that only you can access it. You can share your private dashboards with other users or groups of users so that they can access your dashboard. You can also remove users from accessing a previously shared dashboard.
The following sections describe how to share dashboard with users and remove dashboard access from users:
Sharing Dashboards
You can share your private dashboards with other users by using the Share feature.
To share a dashboard:

Open the dashboard that you want to share. |

Click Share. The Share with users and groups dialog box opens. |

3.

To allow users without access to this dashboard to access the dashboard if they drill to it, select the Other users can access this dashboard if they drill to it checkbox. |

4.

Click Add. Select the users and groups that you want to share the dashboard with. |
Note:To delete a user or group, click the Remove from selection icon next to the user name or user group.

Click Share. The user or user group you shared the dashboard with can now access the dashboard. |
Note:After you share your dashboard, you can also share a direct link to your dashboard with other users and groups by clicking the copy dashboard icon at the upper-right corner of the dashboard. The dashboard link is copied to your clipboard and you can now paste it into an email, a text message, or anywhere else where you would like to paste the link.
Removing Dashboard Access
You can remove users from accessing a previously shared dashboard. These users will not be able to access your dashboard in the future.
To remove dashboard access:

Open the dashboard that you had shared previously with users or groups of users that you want to unshare. |

2.

Click Share. The Share with users and groups dialog box opens. |
|
3.
|
Click the Remove access to this dashboard icon next to the user name or group that you want to remove dashboard access from. |

4.
|
Click Save. The user or user group you removed can no longer can access your dashboard. |
