Key Metrics
The Optimization page provides the following metrics:

| • | Potential Savings—The sum of savings from both Rate Reduction Savings recommendations and Usage Reduction Savings that are currently in an Active stateThe recommendations that have been Rejected and Snoozed are not included in this calculation. |
| • | All Recommendations—The total number of recommendations. |
| • | Rate Reduction Savings—The sum of savings from Rate Reduction recommendations, as well as the number of rate reduction recommendations and an overview of savings. |
| • | Usage Reduction Savings—The sum of savings from Usage Reduction recommendations, as well as the number of usage reduction recommendations and an overview of savings. |
| • | Overview—Displays a complete overview of the total spend in the last 12 months, sorted by month and displayed for each cloud provider. |
| • | EC2 Running Costs by Purchase Option—Displays the distribution of Amazon EC2 running costs across different purchase options over the last 12 months. |
