Currency Support
Cloud Cost Optimization is truly multicloud and multicurrency. Organizations who are billed for their cloud services in multiple countries (and hence multiple currencies) can use Flexera One to convert their cloud usage bills to a single base currency.
Customers would need to define the base currency within Flexera One, that is, the currency in which reporting is desired. Flexera One will convert bills in any other currencies into this base currency for standardized reporting. Flexera One can use foreign exchange rates that is either provided by Flexera One or alternatively connect to a finance application to source the exchange rate.
Since each cloud provider has their unique billing currencies and usage content definitions, Cloud Cost Optimization provides the ability for viewing these in a single normalized manner at the base currency defined by the customer.

The base currency is the currency to report your cloud costs. The default base currency for Flexera One is USD and the default currency symbol is $. However, based on your individual requirements, this might need to be changed to other currencies depending your business. Flexera One supports the ISO currency symbol set throughout the user interface.
Cloud Bills in Multiple Currencies
Flexera One also provides the ability to adjust costs at ingestion to standardize these for consistency across cloud providers. Customers who receive cloud bills in multiple currencies can use the Bill Adjustments feature to convert these bills to the single base currency by automatically applying the desired currency exchange rate.

Number and currency values are shown in a two decimal format within Cloud Cost Optimization pages in Flexera One.
For example, 23.000001 shows as 23.00.
