Setting Visibility When Creating Custom Dashboards
When creating a dashboard, you can see the Visibility settings (Private, Public, or Public Default). Visibility controls how users in your organization can see the dashboard.
To set the visibility of a custom dashboard:

Go to Dashboards > Cloud. |

2.

Click New Dashboard and then click one of the following options: |

Duplicate this dashboard
|
The Dashboard Settings slideout opens. For more information about creating custom dashboards, see Creating a Custom Cloud Dashboard.

In the Dashboard Name field, enter the name of the dashboard. |

To set the visibility of your dashboards, click one of the following options: |

•
|
Private—This dashboard is only visible to you. |
|
•
|
Public—This dashboard is visible to all users in your organization. |
|
•
|
Public Default—This dashboard is visible to all the users in the organization. Users will see this dashboard when they view the dashboard for the first time. There is a default dashboard for the Dashboards page (Flexera Default) and another default dashboard for the billing centers. |
