Sharing Dashboards With Other Users

Every public dashboard has a unique URL. You can share only public dashboards with other users by sharing a direct link to your dashboard with them.

To share your custom dashboard with other users:

1.

Go to Dashboards > Cloud.

2.

Click the name of the dashboard to view a list of all the available dashboards and then click the dashboard that you want to share.

3.

Click the Copy Dashboard icon.

The dashboard link is copied to your clipboard. You can now paste the link into an email, a text message, or document as needed.

Note:If you change the parameters of the page, the URL also changes. On sharing the dashboard with another user, all the settings are configured for the user.
