This feature requires permissions to describe AWS Cost Explorer GetReservationCoverage. The Cloud Management Platform automatically creates two Credentials when connecting AWS to Cloud Management: AWS_ACCESS_KEY_ID and AWS_SECRET_ACCESS_KEY.
