Microsoft Azure Savings Plans
Note:
Savings plans are only shown for an active Azure bill connect and for the entire enrollment. Scoped bill connects do not show savings plans.
You can access information about your Microsoft Azure savings plans for the selected organization for a 30-day rolling window. Click the following links for more information:
Viewing Microsoft Azure Savings Plans
You can view the total active Azure savings plans purchased across an organization.
To view Azure savings plans:

Go to the Savings Plans page (Cloud > Commitments > Savings Plans). |

Click the Microsoft Azure tab. |
|
3.
|
Click the Columns button and select the checkboxes next to the following column names. Hover over the button icon to view the button name. |

Savings Plan Order ID—A unique identifier assigned to a savings plan order in Azure. |
|
•
|
Savings Plan Order Name—A user-friendly name of the savings plan order. |
|
•
|
Purchase Date—The date when the savings plan was purchased. |
|
•
|
Average Utilization Percentage—The percentage of the savings plan being utilized. |

To choose the Microsoft Azure savings plans columns you wish to see in your view, click the Columns button and select the checkboxes next to the appropriate column names. Hover over the button icon to view the button name. |
Exporting Microsoft Azure Savings Plans Information
You can export your organization’s Azure savings plans information to a CSV file to track, share, or perform calculations on coverage.
To export Microsoft Azure savings plans information:

Go to the Savings Plans page (Cloud > Commitments > Savings Plans). |

2.
|
Click the Microsoft Azure tab. |
|
3.
|
Click the Export CSV button. Hover over the button icon to view the button name. |
Note:Regardless of the number of filters selected by clicking the Columns button, all filters are exported to the CSV file. Hover over the button icon to view the button name.
