Viewing Child Organization Details

You can view the child organization’s details including name, organization ID, description, and external ID.

To view the details of a particular child organization:

1. Select Customers from the left-hand navigational panel. The Customers Overview page opens, listing all the child organizations.

On the Customers Overview page, you can:

Export the details to either a comma-separated value (.csv) or a spreadsheet (.xlsx) file by clicking the Export CSV or XLSX button and then selecting either CSV or XLSX. Hover over the button icon to view the button name.
Add a child organization to the favorites list, by clicking the following button next to the child organization’s name. The child organization’s name appears at the top in the list.

View the entitlements that a customer has, by clicking the View details link in the Entitlements column. The Entitlements Details slideout opens, listing the customer's Flexera One and Snow Atlas capabilities.
2. Click the name of the customer that you want to view the information for. The details about the customer open in a separate <Customer Name> tab. The information on this page is divided into the following three tabs:
Customer Details—Displays details such as customer name, organization ID, owners, capabilities.
Cloud Spend Overview—Displays total cloud spend.

Note:You can only access this information if the customer has the Cloud Cost Optimization capability.

Beacons—Lists all recorded installations of FlexNet Beacon within your customer organization, with a summary of the key status values for each.

Note:Only if the customer has either the IT Visibility or the IT Asset Management capability, the information about the beacon appears in the Beacons tab. If a customer has only the Cloud Cost Optimization capability, the Beacons tab does not display.

Consider the following:

If a child organization has the Cloud Cost Optimization capability, on clicking the Cloud Spend Overview tab, you can:
Monitor your child organization’s cloud costs across clouds, accounts, and services for the selected time period in a bar chart at the top of the page. The upper-left corner of the chart shows the total cost. The cloud accounts data is grouped by cloud vendor, cloud vendor account, and cloud vendor account name.
Change the date range for the data shown on the graph by clicking the date selector to open the picker. You can select between Daily, Monthly, Quarterly, and Biannually options. A convenient list of common date selections (Quick Filters such as Past 7 Days, Last Full Week, Current Month, and Last Full Month) is provided and can be set with a single click. Click Apply to apply the changes.
Change the cost type option by clicking the cost type next to the date selector. The Dashboard Settings slideout opens. Select either the Amortized or Unamortized option.
If no cloud spend data is available for a child organization, the total spend displays as $0, indicating the absence of data.
If a child organization does not have the Cloud Cost Optimization capability, only the details about the child organization such as the customer name, organization ID, capabilities, created and last updated dates, and owners display. The cloud spend data is not shown.
If you do not have the Manage cloud or Manage organization role, you cannot access the cloud spend data of the child organization.
To view all the child organizations, click the All Customers tab.
To access a child organization, click Access Customer. This button only appears if you have access to the child organization. To return to the parent organization, select the name of the parent organization from the Flexera One Organization switcher.
