Viewing Entitlements Details

You can view a list of your customer’s capabilities, with the expiration details for each. In the Customer Details tab, the entitlement details include the expiration date and expiration status of each capability.

Note:The capabilities information is updated every 30 minutes, providing you with the latest information on the customer’s capabilities.

To view the capabilities of a customer:

1. Select Customers from the left-hand navigational panel. The Customers Overview page opens, listing all the customers.
2. Click the name of the customer that you want to view the information for. The details about the customer open in a separate <Customer Name> tab. The Customer Details tab includes a section on the customer’s capabilities and expiration details when available.

Note:Consider the following:

You can only view the expiration information for each capability if you are an owner of the customer organization.
In the Expiration Status column, the status can be Expired, Expires in 30 days, or Expires in 60 days.
