Deleting a Bucket

Use the following steps to delete a bucket. When you delete a bucket, you delete all of its associated parts as well.

Important:You are not allowed to delete a bucket that has a child bucket containing parts. If you attempt to do so, the deletion fails.

To delete a bucket:

1.

Open the Manage Buckets page (SBOM Management > Manage Buckets).

2.

In the grid showing all currently defined buckets, locate the bucket you want to delete.

3.

Click the menu icon at the end of the bucket row and select Delete.

A message in the top right corner of the page confirms that the bucket was successfully deleted or states that the deletion failed.
