API property	Description
active	true, if the user exists in the database; otherwise, false
created_at	The date and time the user was created.
email	The user's primary email.
last_login_at	The last time the user signed in to Zendesk Support or made an API request using an API token or basic authentication.
name	The user's name.

role	The user's role: end-user, agent, or admin.
