SaaS Settings
Important:
The Flexera One Administration menu provides settings options for its applications. For SaaS Management, select SaaS Settings to set up and view the following SaaS Settings.

The General settings control panel contains the following properties:

Default Currency |
Use the dropdown menu to select your organization’s default currency. The Flexera One platform does not support currency conversion at this time. Any currency selections within SaaS Management serve as for information purposes only rather than as an active attribute driving other parts of the user interface (UI). Note:The Unsanctioned SaaS Applications page filters expenses based on the currency assigned to the expense in your Expense Management Provider (ERP), which may differ from your selected default currency in SaaS Management. For details, see Unsanctioned SaaS Applications. |
Task Expiration in Days |
Select the default number of days in which a task must be completed. If a task is not completed within that time, the administrator who assigned the task will be notified. |
You can view, create, and edit your Organizational Structure by department and location. Click Department to switch between department and location listings. Click Add Node to add a department or location.
After clicking Audit Logs from the SaaS Settings menu, the User Audit page opens. Click the appropriate action from the Filter by Action dropdown menu to view the corresponding audit log. This audit log provides an overview of when the action occurred by user. The Notes column provides a summary of the action taken.
