To use Data Explorer

Another way to access Data Explorer from within a dashboard is to click Explore from here. When you hover the mouse over various sections within a dashboard where Data Explorer is available, an ellipses icon appears. If you click on the ellipses, you can click Explore from here in order to leverage the tools in Data Explorer. For more information, refer to Using Data Explorer to Create and Customize Insights.
Using Data Explorer to Create and Customize Insights
Data Explorer is a powerful environment for data discovery and customization within its responsive user interface. Navigate to Dashboards > Technology Spend and click the Data Explorer button to view Data Explorer.
Alternatively, you can click any dashboard from the Change Dashboard screen and when you hover the mouse over various sections within a dashboard and an ellipses icon appears. Click the ellipses icon and then click Explore from here in order to leverage the tools in Data Explorer within the out-of-the box dashboard and save new dashboards on the fly.
In Data Explorer, you can drag measures and attributes to interactive zones to:
