External User

The decimal fraction of a full user that is equivalent to each external user.

Check the terms of the license agreement to identify the factor to insert here. This may be expressed differently in your license agreement. For example, if the license agreement allows for 20 external users to count as equivalent to a single internal full user, enter 0.05 (each external user counts as one-twentieth of a full user).
