Scheduling LUM Server Report Log Rotation
To ensure that your enterprise retains all LUM usage data, you can schedule report log rotation to occur at specified intervals. You can specify a report log rotation schedule when you add a LUM license server to FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. You can also specify a schedule or deactivate scheduling for an existing LUM license server.
To update report log rotation scheduling for an existing LUM license server:

From the Servers tab, under Third-Party License Servers, click LUM Servers to display the LUM Servers page. |

Click the check box in front of the LUM license server for which you want to update the report log rotation schedule. You can update the schedule for multiple LUM license servers by selecting multiple check boxes. |

Click Log Rotation to display the Update Report Log Rotation Schedule dialog. |

Ensure that the servers displayed in the Selected LUM Servers box are the license servers for which you want to update the schedule. |

In the Report Log Rotation section, specify the schedule for LUM report log rotation. |

Select Do Not Schedule if you do not want LUM report log rotation to take place on a schedule. |

To schedule LUM report log rotation, select Daily, starting at... and specify the time at which you want rotation to begin. |

6.

Click Save to update the schedule for the selected LUM license servers. |
