Installing Silently on Microsoft Windows

To install FlexNet Agent 5.8 silently on Microsoft Windows:

Open a Command Prompt window and navigate to the location of the FlexNet Agent 5.8 installer file: FNMEA_Agent.exe

Depending on whether you want to specify settings using a response file, use one of the following commands. See the section, Response File, for information on the content of the response file.

Use the default settings:

FNMEA_Agent.exe –i console

•

Specify settings using a response file:

FNMEA_Agent.exe –i console –f <path to response file>
