Searching for Report Information
In all of the pages accessible from the Reporting tab, you can search for reports using criteria that you specify. You can use the basic search or you can conduct an advanced search, where you can search for an item using a wider variety of search criteria.
Note:The advanced search functionality uses the AND operator, which means that all criteria that you specify must be found in order for the search to return a match.
Report Configurations page
On the Report Configurations page, you can use a basic search to search for a report by configuration name, description, or report creator.
To perform an advanced search:
| 1. | Click Advanced Search to open the Report Configurations - Advanced Search page. |
| 2. | Specify the search criteria you want to use. |
Note:For the Date Created or Date Last Run date range, you can specify just a start date, just an end date, or both a start date and an end date.
Report Inbox Page
On the Report Inbox page, you can use a basic search to search for a report by configuration name, the user by whom the report was run (Run By), or report status.
To perform an advanced search:
| 1. | Click Advanced Search to open the Report Inbox - Advanced Search page. |
| 2. | Specify the search criteria you want to use. |
Note:For the Run By Date/Time date range, you can specify just a start date, just an end date, or both a start date and an end date.
Report Logs Page
On the Report Logs page, you can use a basic search to search for a report by vendor daemon or license server host.
To perform an advanced search:
| 1. | Click Advanced Search to open the Report Logs - Advanced Search page. |
| 2. | Specify the search criteria you want to use. |
Note:For the Date/Time Range setting, you can specify just a start date, just an end date, or both a start date and an end date.
