Reporting on Token-Based Usage
FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications provides predefined reports that enable you to report on token-based license usage. These reports are designed for customers who use products from Cadence.
These reports enable you to see more granular information about usage; to see how individual capabilities (sub-features) contribute to the peak usage of their parent tokenized features. The following reports are available:
Enabling Token-Capability Reporting
To enable token-based reporting functionality in FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications:

Select the Token-Based Reporting option, available under the Admin | System Configuration tab (in the Reporting section). |

Depending on whether the report log data containing token-based usage information have been imported into FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications: |

If the report log data containing information about token-based usage have already been imported into FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications, you need only to re-aggregate the data after updating to FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2022 R2. |

•
|
If the report log data have not been imported into FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications, you need to import the report logs containing token-based usage information, then aggregate the data. |
