Viewing Organizational Structure Details

The View Organizational Structure page provides information about the selected organizational structure.

From this page, you can:

•

Access the Edit Organizational Structure page.

•

Add new leaf nodes or intermediate notes to the organizational structure.

•

Assign an unassigned node to the organizational structure.

•

View a snapshot the organizational structure of the organizational structure as of a specified date.

•

View the history of a parent-leaf node relation and delete relations.

•

Expand nodes in the hierarchy to show more detail.

To view organizational structure details and view a snapshot:

1.

From the Reporting tab, under Organizational Structures, click Organizational Structures.

2.

Click the name of organizational structure to open its View Organizational Structure page.

3.

To view a snapshot of the structure, specify a date in the “Show Organizational Structure as of” field, then click Refresh. (The date must be in the past.) This shows the organizational structure as it was on the specified date.
