Adding Software Producers
To add a software producer:
| 1. | From the Planner tab, under Software Producers, click Add Software Producer. |
| 2. | On the Add Software Producer page, specify the software producer settings. Required settings are identified by a red asterisk (*). |

Software Producer Name |
Name of the company that makes the software. This value must be unique in the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications system. |
|
Primary Product Type |
The primary type of software made by this producer—for example, geological, CAD (computer-aided design), or EDA (electronic design automation). This typically matches the Category field for a product. |

Notes |
Optional notes about the software producer. For reference only. |
| 3. | Click Save. |
