The following issues were resolved in the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications 2023 R1 release:

Stopping the Admin and Reporting components on Windows using the 'flexnet stop' command does not work.

Important:To stop the FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications in both Admin and Reporting using the flexnet stop command, the application requires an SSL configuration and needs to be running on HTTPS. This requirement is essential in order for the flexnet stop command to work and be effective.

Under Licenses, the Edit link does not display for users who are assigned the License Admin and License Server Admin roles, therefore preventing these users from editing the license file.
