Stopping the Admin and Reporting components on Windows using the 'flexnet stop' command does not work.

Selecting the Organizational Structures link under the Reporting tab results in the navigational tabs becoming unresponsive.

When any user with a role other than Super Admin User logs in after a user with the Super Admin User permission has already logged in, user permissions for both sessions are changed to the most recent logged in user permission.
