Upgrading on Windows

	1. Stop the Cognos service.
	2. Download the FNMEA_Flexera_Analytics_2020_R1_x64_Windows.zip file.
	3. Edit config.properties file.
	4. Run install.ps1 script.
	5. Start the Cognos service.
	6. Configure FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications to work with Flexera Analytics.
	7. Uninstall the old Cognos instance.
