Viewing Cognos Roles
The Cognos Roles page provides a table showing the Cognos roles, how many licenses you have for each role, how many licenses are available for each role, and a list of the users assigned to each role.

Contact Flexera Software if your enterprise requires additional licenses for a particular Cognos role.
To view the Cognos Roles page:
From the Reporting tab, under Flexera Analytics, click Cognos Roles.
Note:If the Cognos Roles link is not visible in the navigation bar, verify with your FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications administrator that you have the Assign Cognos Roles permission.
