Product Resolution Process
A single feature may be part of more than one product. To determine to which product a particular feature belongs, FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications uses a process called product resolution.
The following factors are used to create a product choice for a feature (in the order listed):
| 1. | Product with the lowest net cost. |
| 2. | Product with the fewest number of features defined. |
| 3. | Product with the largest number of licenses. |
