Viewing the FlexNet Application Log
The FlexNet log contains useful information for debugging problems with FlexNet Manager for Engineering Applications. Flexera Software Technical Support may ask you to send all or part of the log to help solve any issues you report.
To view the contents of the current FlexNet application log:
| 1. | From the Admin tab, under System Information, click FlexNet Application Log button to open the View FlexNet Application Log page. |
| • | Click navigation links to see different parts of the log. |
| • | Click the Download button to download a copy of the current log file. |
