Adding Plans (Renewals/Remixes)

To add a plan for renewal or remix to a contract:

1. From the Planner tab, under Contracts, click Contracts.
2. On the Contract Summary page, click the name of the contract for which you want to add a remix or renewal plan. This displays the View Contract page.
3. Click the Plans (Renewals/Remixes) tab, then click Add Plan.
4. On the Add Plan (Renewal/Remix) page, specify the plan settings. Required settings are identified by a red asterisk (*).

Setting

Description

Renewal/Remix Plan Name

Unique name for the remix or renewal plan.

Renewal/Remix Plan Effective Date

Specified as mm/dd/yyyy, the date on which the results of the remix or renewal plan are to be applied.

Trend Data Start Date

Specified as mm/dd/yyyy, the date on which to start product usage trend analysis.

Trend Data End Date

Specified as mm/dd/yyyy, the date on which to end product usage trend analysis.

Forecast Date

Forecast product usage trends until the specified date (mm/dd/yyyy). The forecast date cannot be earlier than the Trend Data End Date.

5. From the list at the bottom of the page, select the contract pools that you want to include in the plan and specify the remixable percent for each of the contract pools that you select.
6. Click Save. The View Plan (Renewal/Remix) page is displayed, where you can provide additional settings.
