Common Report Log Header
The report log header is required and must be at the beginning of the report log. The first line of the header must be -Report Log Header Begin- and the last line must be -Report Log Header End-. The header defines the following items:
| • | Server—Name of the license server. |
| • | Vendor—Name of the vendor daemon. |
| • | Start Date—The start date of the report log, which can be the same as or prior to the first license event time. The format should follow the Date/Time format used in defining the report log. |
Note:The End Date value of a report log file from the same license server/vendor daemon should be the same as the Start Date value of the subsequent report log file. This enables you to detect if there is any missing usage data.
